Historic Fall Snow Storm Aimed At Northern Montana | 1-4 FEET Forecasted

A historic storm is about to bear down on Northern Montana and with any luck, we’ll be drooling over the first turns of the 2019/2020 season by Sunday.

Areas north of Helena, Mont. and up through Glacier National Park will see “record cold temperatures” and “widespread valley snow” starting on Thursday and continuing through Sunday.

At 6,647′ above sea level, Glacier National Park’s famed Logan Pass is currently forecasted to see upwards of 49″ (4 feet) by Sunday morning. Further south, Big Sky Resort could see 8″ of new snow in the same time period.
