This property is located on the very southern edge of Canmore, beyond a number of residential-style developments and located alongside a couple of other resort properties. A ride into town is fairly swift, and you will be isolated from too much rowdy activity, but there isn't much to enjoy without access to your own vehicle.

- Within walking distance: Nothing of note, except a couple of other properties
- Transportation: You are definitely going to need your own vehicle, even if you intend to just go into Canmore for a meal
