Tips

• Individually-owned condos range from a bit dated to quite nice
• There is no elevator, stairs only here
• Nearby Iron Waffle and Steamboat BrauHaus are must-tries for breakfast or a drink, respectively
• Visit the market right across the street to help you fill that full kitchen
• Ski lockers are available for all units
• Pets are not allowed at this property

Location

About half a mile from Steamboat Ski Resort, you can walk to the slopes (though it is a tad long) or head 3.5 miles up the road into Steamboat Springs proper for a large selection of restaurants, nightlife, and more. The neighborhood is full of other condo complexes and other residential properties.

• Within walking distance: The resort is on the edge of convenient walking distance, but there is a market and a couple of restaurants closer by.
• Transportation: You can visit the resort without a car, but one is recommended to access the greater area. A shuttle is available for use, as well.
