With more than 1,100 video applications received over a six-week period, Ski.com’s Epic Dream Job search has come to an end. After countless hours poring over each 60-second video application, engaging with the newly-formed Epic Dream Job online community and much deliberation, Ski.com and its partners have come to the conclusion that Jackson Lebsack, 19, of Bozeman, Mont., is the ideal candidate.

Harry Peisach, CEO of Ski.com and members of the Ski.com marketing team presented Lebsack with his official offer via a live video chat on Monday, October 29. After immediately accepting, Lebsack admitted that he was “freaking out” and “couldn’t believe this is happening.”
“Having an opportunity to travel the world with Ski.com, the Epic Pass and their amazing partners is going to change my life,” said Lebsack. “It feels absolutely incredible to be chosen for the job over so many talented applicants for the opportunity of a lifetime.”
Additionally, during the application period, the marketing team at Ski.com noticed that something very special was happening on social media around #EpicDreamJob.
“We have been absolutely inspired by the thousands of personal stories in the video applications and on social media about what skiing and traveling to ski mean to so many people,” said Sherman. “We have been so moved after witnessing a genuine camaraderie being formed around this job search that we will be creating additional Dream Job opportunities for select applications to be announced soon.”
