The Green Mountain Golf Course, several ponds and the Appalachian Mountain Trail less than a mile away! The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third has a 2 twin size beds. A Sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep a total of 8 guests. Enjoy the large open concept living space, with plenty of room to lounge and relax. Hot Tub with seating for 7 and 90 jets , which includes foot jets and 14 jet turbo blaster. Includes a digital control panel for jets, temperature and lighting, an adjustable waterfall, underwater, multi-color LED light.

The Wobbly Cabin is a charming wood beam home located in the heart of Killington, Vermont and the perfect place to get your mountain fix! This 2 BR / 1.5 BA property is located just off the main road and 5 minutes to the slopes. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar area with wine fridge, gas fireplace, living room with streaming TV, two downstairs bedrooms and a back deck with grill, you'll have everything you need for your holiday here. The house sleeps up to six guests in a queen bedroom and king bedroom with bunk bed. We love the uniqueness of this property so much and are sure you will too.

From the oversized, relaxed furniture in the living room, in every season, you can gaze out the sloping skylight glass windows to glorious Bear Mountain or curl up with a book in front of the wood-burning fireplace. A flat-screen TV with surround sound, all streaming services, and a Wii for family gaming meet your needs for modern entertainment. A large dining room table seats eight, and sliders behind it open to the deck and gas grill. Prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen or perch at the breakfast bar to chat with the chef. You will also find a queen bedroom and a newly renovated full bath on the first floor. The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. The outdoor patio in front of the Great Room is a great place to relax in front of one of our fire tables. You will not forget your stay at The Birch Ridge!

This well-maintained three floor, three bedroom, three bathroom condo just off the main Killington road is the perfect place to gather your entire group without feeling like you're on top of each other. Enter through the large mudroom and you'll find the main floor featuring a vaulted-ceiling living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with countertop, dining area, balcony, and full bathroom. Head upstairs to the two main bedrooms and full bathroom. Go downstairs to the lower level and you'll find another sleeping area with two twin beds, a large sectional, flat screen TV and bar top seating for six. Sleeping up to eight people, there's plenty of space for the kids to hang out downstairs while the grownups have a drink by the fire upstairs or catch the game on multiple TVs. It's the perfect condo for everyone!
