How to get to Sun Peaks
Sun Peaks is one of the most easily accessible ski resorts, just a 45-minute drive from Kamloops Airport (YKA). The most convenient way to reach the resort is by shuttle from the airport. Alternatively, you can drive from Kelowna International Airport (YLW), which takes about 2 hours and 45 minutes. Bus services are also available from Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, and Edmonton.
Getting around
At Sun Peak Ski Resort, the village is designed to ski through, so all you need is a pair of skis! All jokes aside, Sun Peaks is very compact and walkable, so a rental car is usually unnecessary. Sun Peaks offers a complimentary intra-resort shuttle bus that loops around the resort from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., making it easy to get around.
