About the Role:

Ski.com is looking for passionate sales professionals to help travelers plan their perfect winter and summer mountain vacations. As a Mountain Travel Expert, you'll craft customized vacation packages to over 120 destinations worldwide. This role requires strong phone and written communication skills, the ability to build quick rapport with clients, and a dedication to creating lasting client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, helping clients plan their ideal ski or mountain vacation.

• Assess client needs and create tailored vacation package quotes that fit their budget and preferences.

• Follow up with potential customers to address questions and finalize bookings.

• Confirm and book complete vacation packages while maximizing ancillary sales opportunities.

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales and travel process.

• Develop meaningful client relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Participate in ongoing sales training, destination education, and product learning sessions.

• Maintain high professional standards and represent Ski.com positively with both clients and vendors.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of sales experience (hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus).

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Goal-driven, competitive mindset with a passion for sales.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• High-level customer service skills with a professional approach.

• Willingness to work some nights and weekends as scheduled.
